I am ordering some Penrite Steering Box lube, but I will not have it for awhile. I would like to start reassembling the steering box, but I want to pre-lube the bearings, bushings, and gears as I reassemble. Is there some type of grease or oil I could use as an assembly lube that will work well with the Penrite lube? Or should I just wait until I get the Penrite lube to reassemble my steering box.

I assembled mine dry and then added 140 weight oil purchased from a John Deere dealer...this is the same oil used in Troybuilt tiller transmissions.
