I moved the other post with questions to the General Truck forums. Not everyone visits here as the welcome centre is to welcome you and get to know a little about you. Ask questions in the most appropriate garage forums and the guys are more than willing to help. Good luck and see you around the garage. | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,442 Bolter | Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,442 | Welcome to the Stovebolt madness. There is no cure.

Unfortunately I could not open your images to see your truck. There are some out there that are not 1946 models, but they are often flat OD colored. They are neat time machines. Clean up all your battery connections real good and make sure the cables are heavy enough. I picked one up either at Wally World or Amazon that was a smaller 6/12V combo, 12A capacity with automatic detection and charging. Works fairly well if you're not in a hurry. It will charge and maintain. Schumacher SC-1200A-CA is the model #.
