I'm not sure which lines your talking about but it appears there is two lines that go to a bypass oil filter, There should be a vacuum line going from windshield wiper motor to the connection below the carb that is screwed into the exhaust manifold, I didn't get very clear pictures but there is probably a vacuum line going to the distributor. I see the temp line is hooked up.

...maybe I don't see all the picture? Can you take a picture with pointers to lines in question?

363 - coolant temperature sender into the head?
364 - by-pass oil filter line (just a guess - the end connections are not viewable)

The first pic with the elbow pointing upward is probably for PCV and goes to an air cleaner which had a corresponding nipple. My best guess.
