i have just converted my 51 from 6 to 12v.the main reason was so i could fit an electric wiper conversion.everthing works fine apart from it apears not to be charging,not acording to the amp meter anyway.when it was 6v it worked perfect.the wiring is new,so is the regulater.the generater is re-con.the only differance is the 6v regulater was a 3 bobbin and the new 12v one is only 2.i have measured the output of the generater on the A and could only get about 2 volts from it. any ideas?
