It isn't zinc they are after it is the phosphorous, and it MIGHT be at the same levels, however the MAXIMUM allowed currently is indeed the same amount as found to be ADEQUATE back then, however there is no guarantee the oil companies are actually using the maximum amount allowed. Details are extremely important.
