You are insistent on calling a 216 a "splash lubed engine" due to cam lobe/lifter interface and cylinder walls do not have pressurized lubrication. Given those as parameters of your argument, can you provide an example of ANY engine ever built that does not have any of your examples of "splash lubrication" in these two areas or should we start calling all engines ever built "splash engines"?
