Actually I chose to restore as stock because I knew I could handle that and also with 'the next guy' in mind.
When that time comes, He/She will get a very drive-able stock truck on todays roads. New Bendix all around/rebuilt 270/3speed/3.7?(I think I don't remember) and I may split the exhaust old school style just for S's and G's...
And at the same time something they could 'play' with making mods to without having to use torches to work on it.
