I see now that this post is about a task force truck. Are they not uni-body cabs like the AD's? By the way, my other concern about using adhesive as a shortcut to welding might tempt one to overlook rusty areas like the spot-welded area where the floor meets the toe-board. If the floorboard is rusted through, I would expect that spot-welded area would also be compromised by rust.
