I will look for the red or black outline. I'll get a 6 volt coil and bypass the resistor.
Once (notice I didn't say if, indicates hope) I get it started I'll check the other stuff. That's if I can get close to it. I've drawn such a crowd of shade tree mechanics I haven't touched a tool myself in a week. I may get this fixed if I just keep them in food and drinks and keep them from fighting. They tend to dismantle stuff when they disagree.
