Mine got really rough and twitchy, even with new shocks and two leaves removed from all four packs, when I pulled all the old bed wood, strips, etc, out. It was probably at it's smoothest when I was transporting a 12A Wankel and manual trans out of an '83 RX7 ... added maybe 450lbs to the bed.
