Yeah I know how to do all this. But my question was how to do it with out goofing up the frame. Meaning not marking it at all. To drill the rivet you would then need a special tool to center on the rivet. And most important you need to know the proper size to drill it with. What are the frame hole sizes? TF here I don't do AD's. [/quote]
Find a tube with the right ID for each size rivet. Close off one end and find the center then drill it out for a guide. Slip over rivet and drill.
