.... when I worked I had many dealings as Ned mentions. One of the biggest reasons one of our American customers continued with us here in the USA was that he could not get any "results" from anyone when he had a problem of ANY kind and when he did get it resloved it would be months.. .and that could put him out of business!!
By the way, he told me/us he could buy the "same" stuff off a boat from China for less money, and it would already be packaged for putting on a shelf..... BUT his company was GROWING here in the USA at 15% a year and he was making plenty of money. This guy was the owner and President of the company. And certainly loyal to his USA customers and employees. He is sitll in business.
