..went to craftsman yesterday with broken 1/4 extension..took them an hour to replace it and ended up with a different length..had to go to the manager - new staff was adamant about me having a receipt. LOL
Even the older staff says it is not like it was. They are not getting enough stock and replacements now take a long time.
So much for that.
