Huh, then I wonder if something is wrong with my resistor, because I measure 12 volts at the switch side of resistor, and 6 volts at the distributor side of resistor (and, of course, the engine isn't running). So you're telling me there should be 12 volts all the way to the (-) side of the coil? Thanks.
