Nope, you will get the full 12 volts, because no current is flowing. Unless the voltage has somewhere to go (ground), the full applied voltage goes all the way to the end of the circuit with no drop. Resistors only drop voltage when current is flowing through them. (Yep, I had a terrible time understanding that principle back about 40 years ago in Air Force electronics school! Just about everybody does!)
