Be careful about water on the ceiling. You don't want dripping on your work. Just water the floor.
Clean everything in the garage spotless (or take it out). If you use cleaners, wd-40, change oil, oil spots on floor, silicone products, etc. They all can leave behind fumes or traces that can create fish eyes.
