I am in the same position as you with my '52 3600. Mine was stuck when I got it with 36,000
miles on it. I got it unstuck and running, and
it runs really sweet as well, but smokes and has not gone away. I am hoping there won't be much cylinder wear so I can just do a ring job and replace the valve seals. If it looks like more
work than that, I will probably put in a running 235 that I have.
