Full-pressure means high-pressure and refers to 54-63 235/261 truck engines (and mostly similar years of auto engines). The major change for high pressure had to do with insert rod bearings and internal lubrication of the rod bearings.
Using a different crank in a 216 would not change the lubrication to the rods.
