Leonard, the calipers are new on the 6-bolt - also both the caliper and banjo fitting have concentric raised circles which aid in the sealing.
The biggest issue on that front was the under-sized banjo fitting - having received no reply from the vendor in the course of last two business days, and factored that I bought this kit so long ago (which regardless should not change their responsibility), I elected to just drill them through to the required 7/16". I am confident this will work as originally intended. It's a change of only about 0.040" on the ID and still plenty of sealing surface for the crush washers.
