The idea of using pre-made lines, then cutting one end to length & re-having the flare done on only one end is an excellent one.
I do have a tubing bender & high quality cutter already so may follow your lead there.

I haven't had much time to do much more over last couple of days - scoping out under truck have better perspective as to the booster install so pretty confident of that. My only question was on whether that cross-member would interfere with the booster I have - only way to find out is offer it up & see how it looks!

Did you go with individual lines to each front caliper directly from the PV or run to TEE from a single front port, then split off for each side? My PV comes with twin ports for front as well as the rear - has a blank in one of fronts. So can go either way on the front with completely separate lines or split at some intermediate point.
