although my kit was from performanceonline.com, and mine is 5 lug, i ran into a lot of the probelms you are experiencing, insufficient instructions, etc.
watch out for the mating surface on the calipers, where the banjo fitting and crush washer mate. mine leaked, from the calipers being refurbished too many times.
also, i ran one line to the front and T"d it to left and right.
