Original is as it came from the factory restored or not. In simple terms, not altered. The VCCA is big on this. Any modifications or accessories from the wrong year are deductions. Sometimes they even disagree about dealer installed (mostly non GM) accessories. I've gone as far as finding original plugs (even if they don't work) and putting them in just for judging, then put the new ones back in for the tours. I like'em factory original but that's just me.
