In my opinion a original truck would be as it was originally equipped from the factory. It should be carrying the original paint, interior and drive train. Normal wear and tear maintenance items re: plugs, points, belts, hoses ect would be expected to be replaced but with the original style part that was originally on the truck. The new term nowadays seems to be "barn-find" for vehicles that are located as originally used and then brought back to life with minor service/repair.
