Interesting, sounds like alot of machining and leg work. I've been trying to come up with something similar on the 54. The best I've came up with is a rotor off of a 99 and up 4x4. It will slip right over top of the 54 hub. Of course then there is finding the right caliper combo and fabricating brackets. Now about the tapered bearings. I'm just as lost as the next guy on that one.
