Hey Rick in VA,

I tried to email you but your address in your profile is not working. Click on my screen name and please contact me.

Everyone:

I'm thinking of exploring path #1 and attaching a rotor to my stock hub and using a tapered roller bearing like this for the inner bearing.

http://www.ntnamerica.com/products/datasheet.asp?MANUFACTURER=NTN&BEARINGCATEGORY=TRMET&BORE=1%2E378&OD=3%2E1496&CL_PARTNO=4T%2D32307&

The dimensions look about right (the spindle may need a slight haircut where the bearing sits) but there is obviously no lip for the grease seal like the stock ball bearing has. I probably need to get a look at the sleeve that is used in the 1/2 ton conversion. Suggestions for other possible solutions?
MN Smith alluded to this problem in one of his posts above.

Looking to further my brake education. Thanks.

Randy
