Fred (aka Truckernix)- I found your replies on this topic at AD Radio to 12V to 6V Reducing Resistor . Do you still feel that the resistor is a reliable way to go (considering the expensive restoration cost of this radio) or would you recommend a solid state regulated supply as you mentioned in your last post in the referenced thread? If a solid state regulated supply do you know of any available?
