Since I got my truck, I've added an O.D., dual exhaust, HEI, radial tires and new shocks. I also lined the cab under the original floormat with dynomat. The change that made the most noticable and significant difference was definately the radials. It really helps the truck move around with todays traffic and with a lot more comfort. So much so it blew my mind. Keep in mind that the 1st thing I did when I drove it home was to take it to Les Schwab to put put new tubes and tires on the original split rims. Pretty much the same size/look as original. That helped a little, but nothing compared to the radials I added a couple years later. Food for thought. I know it can be expensive, but for me it was SO worth it.
