Oh, btw...in answer to Jeff's question above about the ethanol/water azeotrope, I did some more research and found they use a product called 'zeolite' which is a molecular 'filter' that collects all the water out of the 180 or 190 proof ethanol and converts it to 200 proof. Then you can use a regular filter to remove it from the liquid and dry the zeolite on the backyard grill and re-use it indefinitely. Also, it is a very inexpensive product.
