Well first thing that you need to deal with is the fuel tank its self. Ethanol alcohol is an oxidizer so you'll need to either coat the inside of you existing tank or change to a stainless or plastic one. Next step would be to change the hard fuel lines to stainless. Now for your Rochester B it will need to be completely disassembled and hard anodized to keep it corrosion free and fitted with much larger jets. So all in all what you will have to do is protect the fuel system from the corrosive affects of the methanol and up size you jets that’s it. Save your old jets and keep some cab gaskets around then a quick jet change can have you running on gas again.
