Man, I'm glad the weekend is gone! I did get to go toa cruise in at the Beacon Friday night but its been rough. I had to put front struts on the wife's car, fixed the shower head, picked up a new lawn mower battery, BUT the kicker is this: I knew my the perch blocks on the rear end in my 37 had "ripped" out of the housing. Well, I told wife late Saturday I was just going to put it on jack stands and survey the damage. Well, I ended up pulling the transmission out and left the rear end in the truck. The darn shift kit is killing it AND the darn thing started leaking at the front seal and at the shifter arm. So, its now at the tranny man getting a checkup. I just put the 700R4 in it last fall. Now, while he has the tranny I will be pulling the complete rear end out. BUT, I still got a few little pieces blasted and primed on the panel. Sunday? I refuse to do anything but go to church and sleep. This Saturday I'm heading out on a much needed vacation to Roswell, New Mexico.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
