My brother has built several hot rods and I go tthe hankering to build one myself. I scanned the papers (pre-Internet) until I found an interesting looking project - a 1937 Chev Pickup.
The PO had built several of them and had tired of the game so he gathered up all the spare pieces and sold them to me for $300.
I have since learned that the frame is a T-14 (GMC) and the cab was once a Seattle School District Maintenance vehicle (number 7!).
