Robert probably has it together basically all of the time since he is the manager. It is not always true but a manager at any business should have it together. However, he must shine when communicating here in plain sight of many potential customers. I guess we should ask him for the parts we need and report our issues for him to read here?
Anyone can have an occasional defective part and shipping damage will occur on occasion. That is something I can live with and I don't expect a supplier to have 100% perfect parts with zero shipping issues. Rude and ignorant employees on the phone and and lack of response to requests has been my issues.
