Sued for using the word Chevy in their name, or sued for using the chevrolet emblem in their logo, or both?
I can see how using the bowtie emblem AND the word chevy all in the same spot might spark the interest of the GM lawyers.. in fact, i've often thought in the past, "I wonder how they get away with that?" but I just assumed they had some sort of agreement or licence to use it.
