I feel your pain gmckustom I got bashed on the HAMB for my name, my idea for my new truck, asking about chopping, asking about an S-10 frame swap, and other things. I was told to come here, but I can see here seems no different. It's always the same people got to flame/bash you for something you want to do. They could have just as easly ignored the post and let someone who actually knows something about the subject answer, but no, they had to hijack the thread to get their precious two cents in.
