glad to see anuther 6.2 fan
our 82 1 ton 4.11 gears and stick will do 65mph
with out straining the engine but
in a lighter truck would be better if you could run 3.73 or 3.55
my 68 has 4.11 gears but it will hae over drive for higway travel
the only true weakess I have found is that the crank is littel week if you realy push it hard (wen over reving and/or to big of load)
thay realy move with a Banks Sidewinder turbo kit
witch are starting to become somewhat affordable
also opening up exhaust and intake and a littel shot of propane can make a big inprovement just dont over do it
