Go with a 250 six,split exhaust with Smittys and a 3 carb intake with a progressive linkage,an S-10 five speed,and a later pick up or Blazer rear with 3.73 gears. Leave the "BELLY BUTTON" drivetrain to the other guy.You won't regret it every time you see people stop to see what that cool sounding truck they hear is.And you'll look forward to driving it. Don't buy the old arguement of a six being hard to find parts for-you have a whole fan club here to help ya.
