Try 2 or 4 spacers....Two heat spacers on a carburetor" refers to installing two carburetor spacers stacked on top of each other, essentially creating a thicker layer of insulation between the hot intake manifold and the carburetor, further reducing heat transfer and potentially improving engine performance by keeping the fuel mixture cooler; this is often done when trying to significantly cool down a carburetor in high-heat situations, like in racing applications
Might have to put in longer bolts. I know this is not the complicated fix but it might work.
