It looks to me like you could pull the engine either with or without the transmission attached. The service manual indicates pulling the engine with the tranny attached. You'll likely need to remove the header from the engine, or it may come out if you disconnect at the collector. If you do have the tranny attached, you'll need an adjustable engine leveler to tilt the assembly back as you pull it.
