Your problem has just been solved. Congratulations. You have a bad carburetor.
You can either try to figure out what is wrong with your current carburetor of find another one.
I am guessing that what you have been dealing with is the most challenging and frustrating of all diagnoses. Two unrelated issues at the same time.
