I should ask that question a different way.
The round head of the center bolt should really face the axle mount. In this case, the spring and perch are below the axle, so the round head should be on top of the spring pack.
These were provided with the nut on top rather than the round head. Perhaps by mistake. So can a guy just remove and reverse the center bolt on a set of brand new springs?
