C-clamp, remove center bolt, find a rod or tool that will fit somewhat snugly in the hole. Loosen C-clamps slightly. Push on rod until your hole lines up the way you want it to. Tighten C-clamps. Recheck straightness with rod. Looks good? Replace bolt. Doesn't look good? Repeat process.
