Craig, I would keep it simple. Burgers and dogs with chips. Members can bring coolers with their own favorite beverage. You can delegate, or ask for volunteers to bring the fixings... lettuce, tomatoes, onion...relish, mustard, ketchup, mayo. Just my two cents.
