Suddenly my windshield wiper motor blows a fuse every time I turn it on. 1952 Chevy Truck

I'm non-technical non-mechanical, so don't be afraid to talk to me like I'm ignorant of what I am doing... I assure you I am ignorant.

Obviously, there is a short. Any idea where I should look? I don't see any type of ground wire for the unit.

I had replaced the inline fuse with a fuse block when I added a turn indicator to the truck. It worked fine for a while. I may try to put the inline fuse back to see if that makes a difference. FYI - the turn indicators still work fine.

Any wisdom would be much appreciated.
