I can not use your ideas and test and assumptions. It seems you have "checked" everything and found nothing.

The way to begin a trouble shoot for a fairly simple problem, is to isolate the motor from everything presently connected to it............. this includes every wire, every block, every fuse, all switches......everything. Then run a test.
