Cable ends need to be cleaned. That is where you need to start regardless if you just got done doing that 10 minutes ago.
You have thrown every part at it which I can think of. Now its time to get back to basics. Start with removing and cleaning the cable ends. I hope that you do not have those replacement battery cable connectors which hold the wire on to them with two bolts and a bent piece of metal.
