Check your local yellow pages for a race car shop or dirt track. The 1 1/2" pipe is what most dirt cars or drag cars use for safety cages. Really its 1 3/4" but you might find they can bend smaller pipe. Next stop would be a muffler shop, they to should be able to bend that size of tube.
