ok, did not see from your previous post that you had completed all that...sorry
sometimes when an engine might be running well and then just cut off
it can be a ignition type problem rather then fuel.. like getting a wire or such
getting hot and breaking down, etc.. I had a 52 with the 235 but also
had a electronic mallory set up in the dist........that sucker shorted out
after getting hot and would do all sort of weird things.. but would not
do it all the time.. took for ever to find out the problem... good luck with yours
