It sounds like you've got a coil failure, but just to be sure, clean the points thoroughly and try the spark test to ground again. It's also a moderate possibility the condenser has failed. For some reason, I've seen a situation where a condenser would prevent a spark from being generated, even when the points are clean and there's good primary current flow. It's almost time to start swapping parts.
