Back when the family dirt track car was running on an alcohol/hydrogen peroxide mixture Dad used to use Amyl Acetate (known as "bananna oil") as a wetting agent to reduce surface tension and make the two components mix better. I see it's available on Ebay, but it's pretty expensive.
