I also lucked into my 261 (back in 1972). The original 235 was cruising with 0 psi oil pressure (and could not get up Afton Mountain in 3rd gear). Leon had one for sale from a school bus at a lower price than a 235 ($100, I think). He told me what would be needed to get it to work in my Suburban (water pump and fan pulley). Best buy I ever made.
